heavy fabricationWe are pleased to offer excellent supplier candidates to solve your problems.   If you are looking heavy fabrication for plate fabrications—angles, rolled parts such as tanks or smokestacks, we have not just one but multiple candidates.

Whether you need someone to fabricate a complete system or component parts these companies can often do the entire job, and do it well. And on time. And within budget.

In one of these companies, for example, plates can be cut to shape via 5-axis, 94KSI water jet, 5 KW laser, plasma up to ¾” plate, and high speed punching up to 5/8” plate.   If rolling is needed, there is equipment to handle up to ¾”. Four press brakes (up to 400 ton/14 feet) offer precision bending/forming. Click on this link for additional information.

Parts or components can be machined via a vertical turret lathe, vertical mills, or a large 5-axis boring mill. This latter equipment has a built in rotary table, programmable to 0.001” resolution and has a work envelope of 137” X, 78” Y and 49” Z with a quill travel of 31”. The table can support 26,000 pounds.

The company is ISO, SAM registered with a CAGE code and has become a key manufacturer of standard and ballistic armor components, including special State Department vehicles. It is a hub zone, small business concern.

Welding services are available, along with engineering and assembly in addition to all the above. If these are on your list, give us a call at (513) 489-5252. We are ready when you are.
